My FedEx Rewards Program

We were tasked to rollover 10k members from FedEx Office's retired rewards program to My FedEx Rewards, a loyalty program that combines both shipping and printing offers.  Using a variety of communication tactics, including direct mail and email, we encouraged members (inactive and active) to sign up for the new program.  

Role: Acted as lead writer on the rollover program. Wrote copy for multiple direct mail and in-store brochures, in-store signage, banner ads, and a comprehensive email campaign.
